The CALM Educator Burnout Prevention Training is a live, virtual professional-development experience designed to help educators and education leaders better understand burnout, recognize warning signs, strengthen personal and organizational awareness, and develop practical strategies that support educator well-being.
The training is grounded in our proprietary method called, The CALM Framework.
The CALM Framework is a practical, educator-centered approach designed to help individuals recognize burnout risks, respond with greater awareness, and build sustainable strategies that protect their wellbeing. It combines personal reflection with practical tools that support healthier boundaries, stronger resilience, and more intentional responses to workplace stress.
The training recognizes that educator burnout is not simply an individual self-care issue. Workload, workplace culture, leadership practices, available resources, expectations, boundaries, and organizational systems can all influence educator well-being.
